It has the advantage of dual aspect views of the Canal de la Robine, one of its locks and the foothills of the Pyrenees on one side and the cathedral, its beautiful garden and main city square on the other.

The apartment is habitable now but with love and attention could be modernized into an even more desirable home. There is potential to further enhance the appeal and value with the addition of a terrace/loggia (not an obligation), as suggested by the Mayor's planning office.
Unfortunately, our grand plans for this place have had to be nipped in the bud due to health reasons and we offer it for sale at a very reasonable price bearing in mind its location condition and potential.
